do we have all required documents for the tourist visa?

Doed email confirmation of hotel booking is enough and do we need to have both names shown on bookung as we are husband and wife travelling together do we need to also prepat hotel?

The confirmation letter is ok. It will be better if both your names show up. If not, I don't think you will encounter any problem because you two are a couple. By the way, I think round-trip air tickets are also asked.
