About:Silk Road

please, help me to organize my silk road trip!

hello, on next summer i'll visit by train many interesting sites on the sik road. may you suggest me an interesting site at halfroad on the railway beetween lanzhou and dunhuang?

Well, I recommend you go to Zhangye between Lanzhou and Dunhuang. There you can visit Danxia Landform Geological Park, Shandan Buddha Temple and Shandan Horse Farm, and Giant Buddha Temple.

Thanks for your answer. Now, I see that i can arrive in Zhangye around midnight: do you think is possible to sleeep in a booked hotel the same night or I must wait the next morning? and will be available transfert from railstation to hotel? Thanks again,
