About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

we are invited by the UDO, the organizer Asia Pacific Street Dance Championship 2018

we already have our plane ticket and we are arriving at hong kong, is it possible to have our visa entering chongzou city?

If you have applied the valid Chinese mainland visa, you are allowed to enter that city.
