About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

visa for SA and German passport holders

Hi i have a German passport and my wife has an SA passport we are departing from JHB to Hong kong to look for building materials like tiles,baths etc for use in a house we are building what type of Visas do we require we will be travelling to Foshan and Guanzhou.Please also confirm if we need any vaccinations

Hi, you need to apply for M type for this purpose. An invitation letter from a Chinese partner or individual supplier is required. If you do not know anyone there, you can just apply for a tourist L this time showing round-trip ticket and hotel bookings.
