Does banks work on Feb 3 to 7 2013 in Beijing?

Yes, most banks will open during the Chinese new year, but the working hours usually would be from about 10am to 3pm.

Yes, most of the banks will open, but they may close early in the late afternoon. It is suggested to as early as possible.
