About:China Visa on Arrival

My daughter is HK permanent resident and Indian pasport holder, can she obtain China visa at LOWU Border?

My daughter aged 11 years who is Hong Kong permanent resident and Indian passport holder wants to visit to China can she get visa on arrival at LOWU border, her passport is valid till May 2014

i suggest that she obtains a Chinese Visa before arrival. as it is not easy to get a VOA at the border.
