As a tourist, would it be possible to travel (day tour) from Macau to Hong Kong?

i wl be arriving in M on the 25th til the 28th...would want to go on a side trip to Hong Kong for a day tour... would that be possible... what arrangements do i need to prepare? (visa or whatever?)
