If there is a bus to Qinzhou from the airport, where do I buy a ticket at the airport and where do I board the bus, what is the bus schedule, and how much does it cost?  Thank you!

Yes, there are. You can buy the direct bus ticket outside of the arrival hall of the airport. Buses are scheduled at 11:00, 12:30, 14:00, 15:30, 17:00,18:30, 20:00 and 22:00. It takes around 1.5h to reach and the bus ticket is CNY60 per person.
