Are filipinos allowed to leave Beijing Airport with less than 24 hours onward flight?

I have a confirmed ticket to Manila. I'm coming from the U.S. My wait time in Beijing airport is 14 hours, I would like to go out and do sightseeing. Will I be allowed to leave the airport without a visa?

It is ok, but you need to apply for a stay permit at the airport if you want to go out of the airport for sightseeing. Don't worry, it is easy to get it showing your passport and ticket for leaving.
