VISA/Resident permit for Swedish 4-years old, Going to China with Chinese mother for 3-4 years.

Hi, my wife has Chinese passport, my son 4-years old and I have Swedish passport. We all live and have resident permit in Dubai, UAE. I’m planning to send my son with my wife to China for 3-4 years. What should I apply? My son is too young to apply for student X.

Hi, you and your son are able to apply for Q1 showing your marriage certificate and birth certificate. The residence permit can be issued with a maximum of stay for 5 years after you enter with Q1.
