Spouse visa - resident permit visa ( spouse)

Dear sir,
My husband got job transfer tO China ( Business visa and working visa In Dec) and already there since last Sept but Unfortunately i can’t apply dependant Visa since Nov 2020. When Will China open for spouse visa? Thanks.

Well...sorry to hear that, but it is still unknown when China will reissue spouse visa.
