the cost of living in hubei? how is the rental for a 1000sq ft condo or house?

which city in hubei do you recommend? retail shop operating hours? what is the average income per capita in hubei? easy access to internet, technological infrastructure & transportation?

I suggest you stay in Wuhan city of the province. There the internet, transportation and other infrastructures are easily accessible. The income per capita per month is around CNY3,000 in the city. The living costs for dining, transportation and others, house rental fee excluded, may cost within CNY1,000.
