Cruising to Xian for 1 day and a 2 night stay in Shanghai before flying home.

What type of Visa do we need for our 2 visits to China. We sail from Singapore to Hong Kong Vietnam and 1 day in Xian and then spend 2 nights in Shanghai before flying back to the U.k.
