Hi, I am Chinese born US citizen living in Cartagena, Colombia. I am planning to visit China in a few weeks. Can I apply for Chinese Visa by mail? Or through any travel agency in Bogota without having to show up in person?

Hi, as I know, they embassy does not accept mail applications. But you can apply through a travel agency if you can not visit the embassy in person.
