I would like them to experience the walking atmosphere and sunset or sunrise, but avoid taking the dangerous routes. Is it possible to walk to the hotels and stay for a short rest and eat a little or take the over-night rest and then take the cable car to the tea house and back? While taking the cable car back is it possible to experience the sunset or sunrise?Thank You

Do you mean the hotel in the mountain? If so, it is suggested to stay in Zhenyuegong Hotel or Xifeng Hotel near West Peak Cable Car Station, which are good sites to enjoy sunrise and sunset. Also it will be fine to walk nearby. And your plan seems to be doable.

This is what I intend to do, however with the lack of knowledge about the hotels near the cable car zones. I would like to hike up till either the hotels listed on this website (Golden Sky Mountain Villa, Five-Cloud Peak Hotel or Yuntai Mountain Villa) or others that you may suggest, however, which of these hotels are the nearest to the cable car zone as I would like to avoid dangerous routes? 1) Hike to Hotel and Book-In or Rest-Overnight2) Take Cable-Car to Experience the Huashan Tea House and back to enjoy Sunrise/Sunset.3) Rest for awhile or overnight.4) Take Cable-Car back to Base or Hike Back. Can I plan my trip without taking any dangerous routes? I will accept suggestions. Thank You!

I just know it will be ok to have your trip withougt walking through dansgerous routes. By taking the West Peak Cable Car to the peak, the up cable car station is closest to Zhenyuegong Hotel. Amara is right.
