About:Chinese Embassy in Poland

My daughter is an american citizen.

Can my daughter, an american citizen, how is currently visiting her grandma in poland/gdansk, apply for a chinese visa at chinese ambasy in warsaw. She was starting her study in shanghai in Feb. I was trying to call the ambasy, but I coudl hold on to eany body there. We don't know what to do in this situation.
Any help would be truely appraciated.

Hi, it is impossible for her to apply in Warsaw because non-polish applicants should provide proof of legal stay or residence status for application.

Thank you so much for the reply. She is also a polish citizen, but this apparently doesn't help her because, in this case she needs to apply as with her polish passport, but all her papers for a student X are as for the American. This is very odd.

Hi, I read somewhere from the website of Chinese embassy, maybe in other country that they do not accept dual citizenships, so if your daughter wants to apply in Warsaw, she can only use her polish passport. Otherwise, she should have this done in USA.
