connecting flight in beijing capital airport

Question

I will arrive at the Capital Airport Sunday on Delta and catch a connecting flight on China Eastern  to Wuhan.  Where do I go through the immigration and custom, BJ or Wuhan?  Can I check in my luggage all the way to Wuhan?  Do I need to pick up my luggage at the BJ Airport?Thank you for your help.

You need to go through the immigratio in Beijing. If you use the connecting flight to Wuhan, you can check in your luggage all the to its destination. If you have your luggage checked-in to the destination, you do not need to pick up the luggage at the BJ airport, otherwise, you need to pick up. For the luggage problem, it is suggested to consult with the airline company directly to detail information.
