Pudong Airport — Zhangjiagang at  15:40 or 17:40, please tell me where can I buy a ticket, where Exactly I can find this bus and if the  bus is working on 13th January  2014Thanks,  Brano

The ticket can be bought at the Gate 6 to 9 in the Arrival Hall and the Airport Long-distance Bus Station. The buses can be taken from the 2F of the Terminal Parking Lot. I think you can easily find it by following the direction boards in the airport. The shuttle buses are still in operation on Jan 13. Please do not worry.
