visa information, where should i get the non-criminal record?

Dear Sir, I am Sayed from Herat, Afghanistan. I have governmental business invitation letter from China. I want to know requirements for applying and from which governmental office can i take Non-criminal record, i think it is complex so please help me understand how to take non-criminal record? Waiting for your nice reply

I think you should ask local police station and see if they can provide the non-criminal record for you. It's not enough to get the record. You should get the record certified by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
