do vietnamese passport require HK visa? 5 days duration stay

Hi im a singaporean and my wife holds a vietnamese passport and singapore long term pass. We will be staying over and I do not require one as I'm holding singapore passport.but I am still confuse for my wife situation as she holds a long term pass of singapore. If yes does she require a macau visa if we are to visit macau from hk? I guess she would require multiple entry for HK if she's to visit macau and return to hk as our return flight is in HK.
