About:Visa Policy of China

Visiting Shenzhen while I am in Hong Kong

I am a citizen of the USA, and I will be going to Hong Kong for 1 week. Do I need a Visa to visit Shenzhen for 1 day? Is there a special one for the day visit, and where can I get it if it exist? Thank you.

Sorry, 5-day VOA in Shenzhen is not eligible for you. You should apply for a L type in advance before you go there. If you are in HK, you can try to apply from the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in HK SAR.
