I'll be arriving at the Kowloon station from Guangzhou. How do I go to Hong Kong (destination: Victoria Peak) from there?

You can take local MTR Tung Chung line to easily travel from Kowloon Station to HK/Central Station. Then walk to Garden Road to take the peak tram to your destination.
