uk citizen applying for working visa from cambodia?

Will it be possible for me to get a Z type when I am in Cambodia? (I have an employment offer in PRC). I have a British passport.

I am afraid that you may not apply for it in Cambodia. Usually you should apply for it in your own country. But you might contact the embassy to confirm this.
