About:Shanghai Maglev Train Ticket

Best way from Shanghai Rail Station to Pudong Airport

If I took a G-train from Nanjing to SH Rail Station, how do I get from there to Pudong International Airport?? How long would it take? Is it quicker to get a taxi??

Outside the airport, you can find the airport shuttle bus line 5 to reach Pudong airport directly.
The stop is on Moling Road, close to the Mcdonald's (Moling Road Branch).

Johan: did you mean I can take the bus line 5 from the SH Rail Station for Pudong Airport? How long does the bus take from the railroad to PVG?. Thanks

Yes, you are right. the line 5 can take you to the airport.
The bus takes about 70 to 80 minutes.

Hi Kevin,

It is approx one and half hours from PVG to People's Square. And you have to walk across the Platform to ride the same line and change another subway train before you can get to the People's Square. It is not difficult at all just look at the subway map before you buy ticket.

A lot of people in the subway & on the platform almost any time of the day and they walk very fast also!
