Question about Q1 visa

Hi, I wanted to know about Q1 visa. what will be write on Q1 type. " Residence permit or Temperary Residence permit for foreigner..."

It's Q1 type. You should apply for the temporary resident permit within 30 days after you arrive in PRC.
