About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying into China, leaving on cruise ship

We will be flying into Shanghia from the USA, staying for 2 or 3 days and then getting on a cruise ship that goes to South Korea, Japan & Russia. Can we apply for the 72 Hour Visa Free travel?

Sorry, I don't think you can. If you fly into Shanghai and fly out for South Korea, you will enjoy 72 hours free transit.
