About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Company won't give me tracking number

I ordered some trainers for daughters Xmas present 22nd November. Still haven't received them and when I ask the company for the tracking number they just tell me "we have sent your item". What am I suppose to do now?

If you have made your payment thru PayPal you can open a dispute and ask for your money back. Or if its free shipping then mostly likely it's free because they do not provide the buyer with a tracking number.

Hi thanks for your reply, unfortunately I paid by western unions I can't open a dispute. Is there a way that I can report this company to anybody in china. And after checking my records I actually ordered them on the 11tj November

Please check the policy returns from the website or seller. It should tell you what to do and if you will be able to get a refund.
