Flying air China from Japan to Europe with a stop in China (won't exit airport)

I am celiac and cannot eat airchina in-flight food. Can I take boiled eggs and cooked rice from Japan to the flight? And cereal bars?

I’m afraid eggs are prohibited, but you can bring some cooked rice and cereal bars as long as they are well-packaged.
