About:China Family Reunion Visa

I know that a Q2 visa from before march 27th won't work, but can I reapply for a Q2 visa now?

Would that allow me to enter China under current regulations?

Actually I'm afraid you can't apply for Q2 visa now, but if you have Chinese members in China, you can try to apply for a Q1 visa.
