About:China Visa on Arrival

Can you please let me know if I can get a VOA or can I avail the free option as I have one to USA?

HI, I am flying from USA to India via Shanghai and have a halt of 19hour in Shanghai. thanks.

You needn't apply for any type since you can enjoy 24 hours free transit there. It's not the VOA you referred to.
