About:China Train

Foreign Student fare for travelling in train

I am student in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, I am from Pakistan, I want to go from Chengdu Kashgar via train. Because i have not too much money for air travelling, So guide me, How i can get discount on fare of train, I have student card of my University. Please reply me on my email address.

You should submit your student card to your international office then they will staple a chip with your card this chip will help you to buy train tickets on cheep cost

The student discount is only available during the summer and winder holiday.

As far as I know, the student card cannot buy any discount tickets unless your trip is between your home town and the school, and it is only available in the summer and winter vacations.
