is visa needed for a malaysia passport holder while making a transit from pudong airport to hongqiao airport at the same day?

my holiday plan as below:

fly from singapore to tokyo (Haneda airport)
return from osaka (kansai airport) to singapore

*in between will need a transit in shanghai from pudong to hongqiao airport if i wish to take china eastern flight.
