About:Chinese Consulate in New York

emergency visa for medical reasons

my sister and i need it asap, if we come up to new york can we get one same day? our father suffered a stroke and may not make it we need to get to the hospital in shang hai asap

I am afraid you need to contact the consulate directly. As I know, the consulate do not provide rush service any more.
