Can the 24hour shuttle bus of Harbin Airport get us near the Gfour Holiday Hotel?

The airport shuttle bus do not operate 24 hours. If the flight stops, there is no shuttle bus any more.
If you reach the airport at around the mid night, you can take the shuttle bus line 1 to reach the local railway station and then change a taxi to your hotel directly.

I am sorry to make you confused.
The airport shuttle bus line 1 does not stop until the last flight in the airport.
So if there is flight at 12 midnight, you can still find the bus line 1 to the railway station.
It may be hard for booking a taxi online in advance unless you ask the hotel to provide you a pick-up serivce in advance.
