How do I find out where my application for transit is at? My flight is next week?

I have lodged for a transit visa three weeks ago and I am having trouble trying to find out where the application is at. My flight is next week and I don't have a VISA or my Passport at this stage. I'm unable to get through any of the phone numbers indicated above. They just ring out. What do I need to do? Please help.
