how long does it takes to receive visa from Hongkong?

My visa will be send next week after the bank draft is checked. I applied for a transit visa to USA. I have 5 weeks of time for the flight. How long usually it takes the EMS to arrive in Nanjing sent from hongkong . It was written 2-3 weeks. Is there any cases where it had took more longer period of time?

It may not need to take that long. As I know, you should receive it after 7~10 days.
