Most of the cafes accept the Chinese Yuan, HK$, US$ and Japanese Yen. Besides, the Visa and Master cards are also accepted. So you can prepare some HK$ or US$ for coffee.
There are places to charge your computers, so please do not worry.
If you cannot find easily, you may ask the staff in the airport.
