can i see if my visa has been cancelled?

Question

I was working on a Z type. All approved paperwork was submitted and I was awarded residence permit. My boss broke my contract, refused to pay me the agreed upon salary, and now says that he has cancelled my Z type one and residence permit online (he never had access to cancel with my passport). Is there a way that I can check to see if he did cancel it....without showing up at the local PSB? Can I look online, or contact an agent to check for me?

I am afraid that it's difficult to check it. If you broke up with your employer, I think he wouldn't have cheated you.
