There is no summer clothes in that time. The Spring clothes may be on sale in Jan.
The summer clothes will be sold from the late March to April.
For the markets, Baima Clothes Wholesale Market sells high quality, but expensive clothes. The Shahe Market sells the cheap but the common quality clothes.
