We are traveling from the US to visit our daughter who teaches English in Hefei. Due to her and my work schedules, we must visit Harbin before Jan.12. If we go Dec.21-24 will we be able to see ice sculptures? The website mentions several places that have them, and one said we could see ice sculptures under construction.
