Can you help me? Should I be worried?I ordered a package on 11/13/13 and it was shipped through EMS - tracking number LN154065965CN.

It appears that nothing has happened since the item was shipped on 11/16/13. Is this normal? Is my item lost? Is there someone I can call?

Don't worry! It is not lost. According to the online infor, it is moving. I suggest you recheck after a week for updates.
