About:Hong Kong Airport Amenities & Services

I have an 8hr stop over in Hong Kong can I have a shower anywhere

Also any ideas on where to go in that short time

Yes, there are hotels nearby like Regal Airport Hotel connected to Terminal 1, where you can have a shower.

If you don't mind, take a taxi to Disneyland Resort to have fun or if you wanna go shopping, the Citygate near Tung Chung is recommended (accessible by bus no. S1).
