Is winter a good time to visit LiJiang. what is the ave temp during day n night time. Hotels come heater

The lowest temperature at night will be -3C or around in Dec and the highest temp reaches around 18C at daytime. As well as that, fair weather will be the majority. Thus it can be doable to travel there in Dec.

We intend to use LJ old town as a base through out the 5 days to 6 days stay. It is still be possible to visit and cover all these places . Our intention is to have a free and easy trip. Is it possible to make one day trip to these places ( Jade Dragon Snow mountain, Lashihai Sea, Tiger Leaping gorge and lugu lake ) and back to LJ old town and set out from LJ old town the next day again.
Do I have to make pre-arrangement with the local travel agency, or I can make the arrangement when after i am in LJ. Any good local travel agency to suggest. Last, any reasonably good hotels to recommend . I was told by friends that some of the hotels do not have heater in the room at night. therefore it can be very cold. Thanks

It is ok to have a day trip for Lashihai Sea and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Just hurry up and it is also accessible for one-day trip for Tiger Leaping Gorge. But Lugu Lake is a little far, around 5h bus distance, so it may be a little hard to get back to LJ in a day.
