About:FAQ on China Postal Service

2 missing packages!

I have two packages sent Oct 21st from China to Canada
CP185282815CN and CP185282801CN

It is now November 19th. The last update states that the were in Shanghai airport on Oct 25th....where would my packages be?

They should have left China byw now, but the online infor does not update. If you are really worry them, go to your local post office to try to search something.
