Plan to visit Shangdong Province.

Hi, our plan to visit SD on 6th April to 19th April 2014 is as follows : Qingdao(2 days) by train to Tai'an(2 days) to Jinan(1 day) to Zibo(1 day) to Weifang(2 days) to Yantai(3 days) then by train back to Qingdao(2 days). On 8th & 9th April, we will be in Tai'an to view peach bloosom, is't the right timing? or
16th & 17th April is better, is our plan ok? What is temperature in April?. Thank you.
