About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

Apply visit visa from malaysia

Hi i have student visa in Malaysia, and i want to visit my friend in shanghai. how long it takes for me to get it? Visit type would be 1 month? less or more? is there anything needed except my passport to show to the embassy in Kuala Lumpur?

It usually takes four working days. Well, you can apply for how long you will stay in PRC and fill it on the form. However, the consulate or embassy finally decides how long you will stay there. Usually, it's 30 days for an entry. Except your passport, a filled 2013 application form, a recent passport size photo (within six months), your resident permit for study and invitation letter from your friend are required. If you can't provide the invitation letter, you must provide the round-trip air tickets and hotel booking in PRC.
