chinese tourist visa application for non italian citizen (permesso holder)

Hi, my mom is Ukrainian citizen currently living and working in Italy. Myself is living and working in China. Can she apply for tourist L in Rome and what documents are required? Do I need to send her invitation letter or some other documents? Thanks

Yes, you mom can apply for it in Rome through CVASC, with her certificate of employment and residence there. For tourism purpose, round-trip ticket and hotel booking are required. But if she will stay in your home while traveling, you need to send her an invitation letter and copies of your passport and residence permit.
