About:Taiwan Weather

will visit taitung, nantau island & kaoshiung in mid dec. How's the weather condition, cold/chilli?

No, it won't be chill in these places. According to the past weather records, the average temp generally is around 20C at that time. Sometimes, it may rain a little.
