About:China Postal Service

My parcel says Unsuccessful delivery. My tracking number is RB767148064CN

My item says Unsuccessful delivery, in the tracking website says that the item arrived on 25/10/2013, then it says Unsuccessful delivery. It was definitely not brought to my home, what should I do? Thank you

2013-10-25 23:17, ARGENTINA, BUENOS AIRES AVION, Receive item at office of exchange (Inb)
2013-10-07 08:45, CHINA, Insert item into bag (Otb)
2013-10-06 10:23, CHINA, POST, Receive item from customer (Otb)
Is it the destination of your package? If so, it may be in your local post office to wait for your picking up. Go and get that immediately!
