As the rule says, people from Philippines enjoy 14 days (at most) free stay in Hong Kong. Due to the recent hostage incident in Manila, HK government says such privilege might be canceled if the authorities of Philippines don't make sincere apology in one month. So far, no further news have been reported. So I think you can go there and enjoy 14 days free stay in HK. If you are still worried, please contact the HK Immigration Department to confirm this.
